[Recipe] Paleo Meatloaf

A Nutritious Family Treat!

Ingredients

• 2 Cups Almond Flour
• 460g Grass Fed Steak Mince
• 1/3 Cup Coconut Milk
• 2 Cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
• 2 Carrots, finely chopped
• 1/2 Onion, finely chopped
• 1 Aubergine, finely chopped
• 1 Free Range Egg
• 3-4 Tablespoon Mixed Herbs (fresh if preferred)
• Salt and Pepper to taste

The Method

1. Preheat your oven to 180⁰C
2. Combine your almond flour and coconut milk in a bowl and mix well
3. Heat a pan on medium heat and sauté your onions, carrots, and aubergine stirring often until cooked.
4. Add in your garlic one minute before
5. Take your sautéed vegetables and combine them in the bowl with the almond flour and coconut milk
6. Add in your grass fed ground beef, egg, herbs, salt and pepper and mix well using your hands
7. Place your loaf in a greased bread/loaf tin
8. Bake in the oven for 50 minutes
