Grass Fed Scottish Topside Roasting Joint

Reared on the green lush pastures within Scotland our beef is personally checked and selected by our master butcher.

Our beef is allowed to hang and mature naturally for up to 28 days before being passed onto our master butchers who take great pride in carefully preparing the vast range of cuts that we provide.

Produced from the hindquarter and expertly trimmed, our Topside of Beef is the classic roasting joint.

A great cut of beef perfect for a delicious family roast. Available as a 2.2kg & 4.5kg joints. These joints will easily feed 8 people for the smaller joint and 16 people for the larger. It has to be said that this is great value for money and either joint will provide top quality food in the form of leftovers to go into your next weeks nutrition. It is a very lean cut of beef and therefore has a high protein content, best cooked nice and slow to really develop the flavour.
