Our Meat

All of our animals are reared hormone free by farmers who give them a high standard of care, as contented animals produce the most tender and most flavoursome meat. We keep it simple - a happy life produces great meat.

We are very proud of and passionate about the products we supply and go to extremes to ensure that they are the very best they can be.  Our meat is hand cut, and the butchery is of an extremely high standard, it is extra trimmed so you get more meat for your money and it is incredibly lean but still flavoursome. All our meat is fully traceable and you can find out more about how to care for your meat here, as well as more info on Traceability here.

We are able to supply virtually any type of meat from lamb through chicken to veal, our product list includes at least 28 day (sometimes up to 31 days) hung fillet, sirloin, rib-eye and T-Bone steaks to name a few, all that are from grassfed and hormone free cattle.  Research suggests that this reduces the saturated fatty acid concentration and enhances the content of omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids in beef.  You will not find chemical pesticide residues in our animals.

We deal in only the finest quality scotch beef.  Well hung and aged for at least 28 days, it is hand cut and trimmed so its naturally very lean and melts in your mouth as well as being packed full of flavour. From the finest fillet steaks to mouth watering sirloins and rib eye's, our meat is of the highest possible quality. All of our meat is sourced from quality animals that feed from the lush Scottish pastures and are naturally reared. We also have access to a great number of other products such as free range chicken, scotch lamb, pork and veal.

Scotch Beef, Scotch Lamb and Specially Selected Pork comes from farms across this beautiful land. Each one is independently inspected each year to ensure our rigorous standards are met. So, you can be sure that where you see the Scotch Beef and Scotch Lamb symbol you know that the meat you are buying is of an outstanding quality.
