The Guinea Stig's Skipping Challenge.

So, you think you are bit of a whizz with the skipping rope?

Any Athleat knows that skipping is a great all round exercise awesome for increasing your foot speed and opening the neural pathways between your noggin and your feet!

 

So the guinea stig has a little challenge for you....

The Stig loves a simple progressive challenge that can be completed by anyone...So:

You are going to skip for 2 minutes continuously, counting your reps or rotations (or get a mate/gym buddy/trainer/your mum to). One complete revolution of the rope is a rep obviously!

If you make a mistake (ie fail to "jump rope") you must do 5 press ups OR take 10 reps off your final score.

Most repetitions wins....
