The Sophisticated Caveman
Brian Kavanagh, aka the Sophisticated Caveman, shares delicious Paleo-friendly recipes on his blog.
He says he realises that going Paleo is not for everyone, however, he believes that the core message of the Paleo diet is in fact universal – eat simple, clean, real food.
We completely agree!

Mark’s Daily Apple
Mark Sisson started his blog in 2006, where he says his personal mission was to:
“Empower people to take full responsibility of their own health and enjoyment of life by investigating, discussing, and critically rethinking everything we’ve assumed to be true about health and wellness”
With this, he was also one of the first bloggers to write prolifically about the paleo movement.

Nom Nom Paleo
Nom Nom Paleo is run by Michelle Tam, who switched to the Paleo diet after seeing her husband thrive on it.
Many of the recipes featured are Asian inspired, but she also gives great kitchen tips and cooking gadget reviews for all cooking lovers out there.

Dr. Loren Cordain developed The Paleo Diet® after decades of research and collaboration with other scientists from around the world.

Thriving on Paleo
Michele switched to the Paleo diet, after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease – Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis.
She was put on the Paleo Autoimmune Protocol (AIP diet) by a doctor, but this was before the Paleo diet was really recognised, so there were very few recipes out there.
Through her website, she covers a raft of recipes that have given her relief from her autoimmune disease.
