A Wok & 10 minutes Of Your Time Is All It Takes

Cook Time: 5-10 minutes
Ingredients
• 2 x 8oz Sirloin Steaks – cut into thin strips
• 2 tablespoons of Tomato Ketchup
• 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
• 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 courgette cut into strips
• 50g cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 red chilli finely chopped
• 1 tablespoon of fresh mint
The Method
1. In a large wok or frying pan, dry fry the beef until browned
2. Add the remaining ingredients and continue to cook for 1-2 minutes
3. Stir through the chilli’s
4. Serve piled onto toasted pittas and garnish with some mint
