[Recipe] Crispy Chicken Skin

Ingredients:

454g Free Range Chicken Skin
Kosher Salt (Sea Salt)

Method:

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees.

Pat the chicken skin dry with paper towels.

Season with a pinch of kosher salt (or to taste, with a variety of spices).

Spread the chicken skin out in a single layer on a lightly oiled baking sheet and bake until crispy (about 45 minutes).

Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
