This can be done anywhere, so there is no excuse.

You have a total of 250 press ups to complete. You have to perform 5 explosive jump squats before attempting a 'sub max' attempt on the press ups.

As soon as you run out of 'push' then straight back into 5 jump squats until you execute 250 reps on the press ups. Caterpillar press ups DO NOT COUNT!

Top Tip- don't hit your max attempt on the first round of press ups.

If you are injured lower body- then 5 chin ups into the press ups.

Great little "finisher" to your workout.
