The Kids Will Go Crazy For These Mini Meatballs

Ingredients
• 460g/16oz Free Range Minced Chicken
• 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
• 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
• 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
• 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
• Salt to taste
• COCO-NUTS! Virgin coconut oil
The Method
1. Mix the minced meat, ginger, garlic, garam masala, chili powder and salt
2. Roll small rounds of the meat and set them aside
3. Heat the pan and add some Olive Oil/Grass Fed Butter and shallow fry the Meatballs on a medium flame. Do not flip them immediately or constantly
4. Let them cook for about 5 minutes before you turn them around. Repeat until they are cooked evenly on all sides
5. Serve with a fresh green side salad and sweet potato fries
