This is the Rolls Royce of beef roasting Joints – the best of the best. Produced from the fore rib of our grass fed beef it is bone in so is an impressive centre piece
This Fore-Rib roast has a distinctive marbling running through the centre which provides a lovely flavour when cooked. It is fully matured on the bone in our chills for up to 28 days then classically butchered to order.
We recommend cooking this in a hot oven initially to render the fat on the outside then turn the oven down to around 160 deg for the remainder of the cooking. We like our roasts on the rare side but because this cut is so versatile however you want to cook your roast will be perfect. Check the meat regularly with either a temperature probe or a skewer to check that your roast is cooked exactly to your liking!
This product weighs approx 5-6kg and will comfortably feed around 16 people!
