This cut of pork from the neck of the animal. It can be used for a number of different products such as spare ribs but we have created a delicious boneless steak from this underrated piece of meat. It has a nice marbling of fat and therefore doesn’t dry out when cooked for a long time. It is particularly good for long, gentle cooking such as in casseroles and stews.
Expertly butchered off the bone and trimmed to order. Our pork is the highest quality available.
