We take some gorgeous Lamb Leg and expertly butcher it into an even square shape weighing approximately 8oz/225g. We then butcher up some very lean and tender lamb fillet and place it on top. The combination of rich flavoured Lamb Gigot and extremely tender Lamb Fillet is a WINNER!
This cut of meat is perfect for that Sunday Roast for one person or it makes it easy to create a lip smacking midweek meal for the whole family.
One portion of this is perfect for a single serving for one person.
Cooking instructions are simple. Lay some of your favourite vegetable on a baking tray then pop this on top. Place in an oven at around 200deg for a maximum of 20 mins for medium/rare and boom! An amazing roast dinner!
