We only use our grass fed beef for our incredibly lean and melt in your mouth diced beef. Our master butchers expertly dice the beef for even and easy cooking.

This product is perfect for making all kinds of stews and casseroles or putting in your slow cooker with lots of vegetables ready for when you return home after work. Our diced beef responds best to the “low and slow” method of cooking, which breaks down the muscle fibres to really release the flavour whilst making the beef tender..

Provenance

Our British grass fed beef comes from farms and accredited beef suppliers in Somerset, the Midlands and Northern Ireland. These are all areas that have a long tradition of farming the land and cattle.
Our cattle live a life as close to natural as possible – they are well cared for and feed naturally on grasses and other crops that are grown on the farms where they are reared.
And thanks to their natural lifestyle, the meat they produce is high quality, beautifully textured and delicious.
