Our beef is grass fed and allowed to mature for in excess of 28 days to intensify the flavour. We classically butcher our beautiful sirloin, ribeye and rump cuts and add them together to make a very tender and flavoursome combination that will make any stir fry extra special!

Great value for money and a must try product – excellent for stir fries as it requires minimal cooking time, is tender and full of flavour.

Provenance

Our British grass fed beef comes from farms and accredited beef suppliers in Somerset, the Midlands and Northern Ireland. These are all areas that have a long tradition of farming the land and cattle.
Our cattle live a life as close to natural as possible – they are well cared for and feed naturally on grasses and other crops that are grown on the farms where they are reared.
And thanks to their natural lifestyle, the meat they produce is high quality, beautifully textured and delicious.
